Tuesday night: started to feel unwell and couldn't sleep well since few days ago

 

Wednesday morning: Bought McD breakfast though sore throat

Wednesday lunch: Toasties for lunch + Honey Lemon

Wednesday Evening: Beautiful bread treated by boss

Wednesday Night: Felt unwell and no appetite + Body Ache

 

 

I knew Im going to fever if I didn't get to sleep well again. So, I've decided to consume 1 tablet of my Zyrtec which would caused sleepiness.

I am trying not to take any medication since pregnancy except those prescribed by gynae.

1 tablet of Zyrtec could keep a lot of fever and antibiotic tablets away later.

So, sorry baby. Mummy had to take this 1 tablet. ><
