"Wa the issue of the notebook is so big that SM wants to see Azli, Aini, Emma, and you on Monday!"
I woke up with a wonderful mood and preparing to clear my to-do-list. Somehow, this one sentence sms has the power to ruin my good mood! Cool, it now becomes my thingy..
Story happened when I requested notebook from our purchasing department which located at another office and she asked a colleague of mine passed 2 or 3 sets (definitely not 10 sets! Unless I was blind!) to our office.. I took one set and another colleague took one set..
Few weeks later, SM's PA, the other colleague who took the notebook was so nervous and whispering to me that the notebooks were actually belong to my department as a souvenir for outsiders and SM was getting mad as all the notebooks were gone. Okay, fine..I put back since they're not meant for staffs usage.
1 more week later, SM said, "Lydia, Aini said you requested and she asked Azli to pass to you. Azli said he passed whole bundle which was 10 sets to you!" Bloody hell, I replied, "Nop, they only passed me 2 sets!". SM said again, "You better figure it out.."
Cool, I was so angry and told Emma that Azli told SM he has passed a bundle of notebooks to me and now become my responsibility on their lost. Emma said could be my witness that we do not received a bundle of notebooks on that day as we're sitting side by side and She said she saw another colleague of mine took few sets and asked me not to tell SM, otherwise, he may receive termination letter. Ok fine, Im not going to tell then.. And now, she said she didnt really see how many notebooks he passed the other day and couldnt remember..GREAT！
And now, here I go with the SMS. Bloody here, if they're trying to push all responsibility to me and I swear I will tell the truth. How am I gonna know where are the 60 sets of the bloody expensive notebooks now! The last round I've seen them were in the other office's cabinet and few sets are with Amir!
Lesson of the day: Please buy your own notebook but not to request from company though it's for working purpose. And also, please keep your own stuffs in a locker after work as our stationaries in office have invisible legs!
